Will face shape changes after Profhilo resolve on their own? (photos)

Hi, I had profhlio done and it changed the shape of my face. I had very nice cheekbones and jawline but I just wanted to boost my skin as it look very dry. Will this go away- ive read studies which show profhlio acts on the fats cells- if i was aware of this beforehand I would have never had this procedure done.
