Profhilo caused face to become rounder and fuller, 10 months post op and this has not gone down. What are my options?

Hi, I had Profhilo first session in Oct 2021 and second session in December 2021. Whilst some fullness was noticeable after the first session, my jawline virtually disappeared after the second session and it feels as though I have spongy substance in the areas that were injected. I have intermittent swelling where the injected areas are holding onto water. What options do I have? I am not wanting to have hyaluronidase injected and I understand this will not work on a non-cross linked Profhilo.
