Can I do composite binding before Invisalign refinements?

I’m at the end of my Invisalign treatment, having had the aligners on for three months. One of my two front teeth that I wanted adjusting appears shorter than the other, however my dentist said this can only be fixed with composite bonding. I asked about refinements as I’ve not yet had any and they advised my teeth wouldn’t move more, would bands fix the issue? Also if I’m still not happy, would Invisalign refinements work after I’ve got the composite bonding/is it recommended to insist?
