Which procedure would help bring my teeth forward and show more when I smile? (photo)

I find my teeth are quite set back (recessed) and also quite far up (opposite of a gummy smile) it makes my smile looke quite dark as my teeth are in the shadows, where as I would love a bigger brighter smile where my teeth show more. I know your teeth go upwards when you get older. I am only 28. I bite my nails so maybe this is why they are like that. can anything bring them down more so they show more? and can they be brought more forward? as my lips sink in when I smile and my chin sticks out
