I had surgery on my varicose veins a few years ago (evla and foam sclerotherapy) which left me with hemosiderin staining around the ankle. I then went to a skin laser clinic (last one 10 months ago) and had a few attempts to clear the staining and all it's done is made it worse and much bigger, very red and it's spreading. I am not sure if I need to see a vein specialist or a skin specialist. I would love some advise as it’s making me really feel low.
