At six months post-hair transplant, it’s still too early to judge the final results. Hair growth varies from person to person, and it’s common for growth to be uneven or patchy at this stage. Most patients see significant improvement between 9–12 months, with full maturity sometimes taking up to 18 months.

I recommend continuing to monitor your progress and staying patient. If concerns persist after 12 months, consult your surgeon for a thorough evaluation.
