Eyebrow loss with plugs firmly attached to the root - how can I treat this? (Photos)

Hello, I’m writing with a honest desperation. I’m praying someone might be able to help or point me in the right direction. I’m 25 and have been losing my eyebrows since I was 15. At this point, more than 75% are gone with no regrowth, and over the last year my scalp has started shedding too. I’m devastated and scared I’m running out of options. I’ve seen several dermatologists and heard different labels—seborrheic dermatitis, frontal fibrosing alopecia, Graham-Little-Piccardi-Lassueur. I’ve tried many treatments without lasting improvement (doxycycline, lymecycline, tetracycline, erythromycin, metronidazole, topical steroids, tacrolimus, isotretinoin, topical tretinoin, ivermectin, topical antifungals, topical antibiotics plus supplements like turmeric, boswellia, quercetin, omega-3, vitamin D, multivitamin, biotin, collagen, oregano/caprylic/garlic cleanses). I’m currently on hydroxychloroquine, but I haven’t seen a change. I try to eat healthy, i don't drink, take drugs or smoke. Many fallen eyebrow hairs have a translucent sheath/plug very firmly attached to the root (I’ll attach clear photos).  If there is any way i could treat this? As i am heartbroken, i don't know what to do, mentally I'm exhausted by this. Even a few pointers on next steps would mean the world. Thank you
