Botox injections into strawberry haemangioma?

Is there any contraindication injecting into an old scar from a strawberry haemangioma birthmark removal? Its above inner left brow right where doctor injects for frown lines. Always super tender. Mild swelling and bruised for couple weeks.

Botox is commonly administered alongside fillers to fill the scars such as your old scar from a strawberry hemangioma removal and improve the skin's appearance. In your case where the location of your scar is above the inner left brow, injection to this area where the frontalis muscle is found should not be placed deeply because it will relax the lower muscle fibers and creates heaviness of the brow and eyelid drooping.
