Botox will smooth out wrinkles and reduce fine lines, but it can't reduce the amount of skin you have or remedy serious sagging. Gradually fades away after a few months of application and is not permanent. It goes away on its own. There are no ways to get rid of it once injected. It usually takes three to six months until it completely wears off. Intense exercise or anything that speeds up metabolism that helps to dissolve faster.

Botox injections in the neck are typically performed for treating platysmal bands, and it's not clear that these are present in your before photos. Additionally, we have not seen excessive wrinkling of neck skin after Botox treatments to the neck. I'm sorry but nobody should ethically be injecting Botox or any inectable agent in your neck with any expectation of any result. This is a neck that would require surgery vis a vis a facelift to address aesthetically.

Botox treatments in the neck area are for minimizing the appearance of platysmal bands. The photos provided show skin laxity that would be best addressed with a neck/lower face lift. The effects from Botox are temporary and wear off gradually, generally over three to four months.

Botox can be used to relax the muscular bands in the neck but nothing else for that matter. Your photograph shows excess skin in the neck which can only be corrected with a face/neck lift.
