Botox in neck gone wrong. What can I do to fix this? (Photo)

Question

I had botox in my neck in april but sinds then my neck looks much older and wrinkled in fact much more than before and this makes me so sad is there anything i can do to fix this And what went wrong?the first pic is when i look in front and it was never like this before

Botox will smooth out wrinkles and reduce fine lines, but it can't reduce the amount of skin you have or remedy serious sagging. Gradually fades away after a few months of application and is not permanent. It goes away on its own. There are no ways to get rid of it once injected. It usually takes three to six months until it completely wears off. Intense exercise or anything that speeds up metabolism that helps to dissolve faster.

Botox treatments in the neck area are for minimizing the appearance of platysmal bands.  The photos provided show skin laxity that would be best addressed with a neck/lower face lift.  The effects from Botox are temporary and wear off gradually, generally over three to four months.

Botox injections in the neck are typically performed for treating platysmal bands, and it's not clear that these are present in your before photos. Additionally, we have not seen excessive wrinkling of neck skin after Botox treatments to the neck. At some point, you may wish to consult with a surgeon who offers Morpheus 8, radio frequency and microneedling, to tighten your lax and sun damaged neck skin. I hope this is helpful.
