Skin thinning after using Accutane, will it ever be plump again?

It's been about 3 months since I stopped accutane. In the first 9 months, everything was going well, my acne disappeared and my acne scars improved. But then my dermatologist increased the dosage. So for the last 5 months, I was taking 20-40 mg(alternately). Those 5 months was also a period where I was sleep deprived and very stressed. Now I have huge dark circles, I feel like my skin is thinner and very fragile. I feel like my skin aged (I am 21 yo). Will my skin ever be plump again? Help
