Thank you for your question. It looks like you had some skin breakdown due to the tightness of the garment. So, this will heal like any normal wound. Depending on the depth of the wound, this should heal without any long-term pigment changes, but it's difficult to say. Given your skin tone, when you have a cut you are more likely to have hyperpigmentation or dark spots as the wound heals. It may take up to a year for this to fade, but it should be markedly better in a couple months. In the interim, you can massage the area lightly a couple of times a day and keep the area out of the sun. Scar gels can also help. Best of luck!

What I can see form the picture that you have a scar following deep pressure in that area causing the darker discoloration.
This is scar and you need to treat it by application of Silicon gel Sheet most of the time and avoid direct sun until all this disappears or improves.
You can also use some kind of scar cream or lotion whatever is available in Saudi.I use Mebo scar location for my patient s in Dubai
