Question on the laser for birthmark and acne scar; can Picosure remove them?

I have brown birthmark and acne scar on my face and planning to remove it via the laser. 1) if picosure can remove them? 2) If the picosure will cause the scab? 3) the down time? 4) if i can use the dermaroller mask after the picosure during the down time? 5) could anyone give me some recommendation for the doctor in bay area?

Picosure is the only laser which will help you treat pigmentation and stimulate new collagen and elastin production. The color of your brown birthmark would definitely be helped by Picosure.  It will also help acne scarring.  I've tried CO2 fractional laser vs Picosure and Picosure is hands down more effective from my personal experience.  Picosure will not scab.  It has no down time...only 3 - 4 hours of redness.   You can use a mask but it it not necessary.  Good luck!

Picosure is a 755nm picosecond red-light laser.  It is most useful for the treatment of tattoos and abnormal pigmentation.  This laser will not help a red birthmark and will only give minimal improvement in acne scars.

Brown birth marks maybe CALMs (macules), navevi, or moles, or a mixture of both known as naves spillus.
