Invisalign - unhappy with my results. My front teeth are still popping out. Please suggest how I can make them right.

HelloI am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your Invisalign treatment. First, without proper orthodontic records it will be impossible for any orthodontist to recommend treatment alternatives. In general, if you have flaring of the anterior teeth you would require sufficient space to be able to move the front teeth back.  Space is either already present at the start of treatment or needs to be created.  Space creation is typically attained either by expansion, extraction or interproximal reduction (minimal filing of the sides of the teeth). Without the space the amount of correction is quite limited.   The type of space regaining treatment chosen depends on the severity of any crowding that may be present, whether bite correction is also desired and the amount of movement desired on the front teeth to reduce the fullness. I know this is a mouthful but without proper records it is hard to be specific. Hope this helps.
