The basics to good skin and hair include:1) Eat healthy, well rounded, vitamin rich foods2) Do not worship the sun; sunscreen, hats, SPF3) Exercise smart.  Do some cardio, some weights, but do not go too extreme.4) No cigarettes5) Form a relationship with a dermatologist.
