Wanted to know if any Dr's have done transplants on Norwood 7's with the goal being full coverage but with low density. Basically bringing it to an N3-4 with emphasis on correct hairline/temples. Then having SMP done before/after so that it's not just 2D ink on scalp but has the texture of hair all over that can be worn 1/8 - 1/4 inch long. Thinking Scalp/beard/body hair to maximize graft count. Could enough density be achieved with 7-8000 grafts to achieve something close to these pics?

Hello.Giving exact time for full results is difficult because it varies depending on the patient, might take a couple of months as your personal doctor conveyed as well.
At six months you should be able to see some results from your transplant, though you are not yet at your final results. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your specialist. More grafts may be necessary to give you desired results.
