You need a formal evaluation to see what type of hair loss you may have. when you have hairless its best to do a full hormonal workup for internal optimization plus scalp biopsies or scrapings to rule out any stress related, inflammatory, autoimmune or infectious causes of hair loss. In general most people with early hair loss have telogen (stress related) and/or androgenetic (normal aging) and both can be treated with in office treatments like steroid injections, PRP/acell, Exosomes and at home treatments like oral medications, oral vitamins like Viviscal, topical exfoliating sprays like Restorsea, and weekly growth factors like anteagemd. See an expert for an evaluation. If hair loss is significant it may requires hair transplant (follicular unit translation).

Theoretically, what you want is achievable. But, it not possible to say anything confirmative without seeing your donor area first as it is the most essential part of your hair transplant. Getting hair from beard and body is not recommended as the structure of the hair is different and it may be very visible when implanted to the scalp.
Keeping that in mind, if your donor area is strong to extract enough grafts, you can get the results you want with SMP on top. It is recommended to wait a year between the hair transplant and the SMP.

When I look to your donor site that is poor and has a limited area that we are not able to get enough number of follicles to cover all bald spot and restore preexisting hair. so we may plan a body FUE together with scalp donor .. We may harvest approx. 3000 grafts from scalp and 1200-1500 grafts from beard and 1000-1500 grafts from chest with body FUE technique. So total 5000-6000 grafts would do a good job to cover norwood 7 but cant say an enough density all over the scalp .
