Metoidioplasty: what is the longest length it can grow to?

The longest of our experience is around 7-8 cm. However, it depends on the size of the clitoris in each person.

The length range in our series varies between 4-10 cm, with 10 cm being the longest length we have been able to maintain. The average length is is approximately 6 cm.
