Male, 20, is there any difference between results of Renuvion skin tightening vs Thermage skin tightening of suprapubic area?

Which is better? Is one more effective than the other? Some background: I'm a 20 yr old male, 5'10, 203 pounds, and looking to get lipo done on my pubic fat pad, as well as skin tightening. (Since I will be losing lots of weight before the procedure) I consulted with two places for this procedure. One of the places had Renuvion skin tightening, and the other had Thermage. The place that has Renuvion gave me a quote that was much more expensive than the place with Thermage.

Renuvion is more modern equipment that has two forms of heat--radiofrequency and J plasma from helium. Thermage just has radiofrequency.  Renuvion does a better job of tightening, but both are helpful.

I think you’re going to find that any non-surgical approach to skin tightening, will leave you disappointed. This includes thermage and Renuvion.
The only real way to address skin laxity in that region is by direct surgical excision.
Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
If you haven’t done, so already, I recommend having multiple in person consultations with local plastic surgeons in your community.
The treatment plan as described sounds questionable.
