I'm going to reduce the dosage of my finasteride 1mg , due to its side effects , to only 4 tablets / week , so can I take pumpkin seed the other days so I keep my DHT rate low with minimal side effects ?

My recommendation in a premenopausal women would be to try a course of Sproronolactone before Dutasteride. It's safer and effective. You may want to try Oral Minoxidil or PRP with the Spiro. Studies have shown the combination works well. ( Sinclair)
