Dutasteride in 19 year old that didn’t respond to Finasteride?

Question

I am starting dutasteride after not responding to finasteride after almost a year (the whole time never saw a reduction in hair fall which was at least 300 or more a day). I am starting dutasteride but just a little nervous. Any experience or help?

My recommendation in a premenopausal women would be to try a course of Sproronolactone before Dutasteride. It's safer and effective. You may want  to try Oral Minoxidil or PRP with the Spiro. Studies have shown the combination works well. ( Sinclair)
