Will laser help with this texture from Dermapen? (photos)

I’ve had about 8 microneedling (Dermapen) treatments for acne scarring. Seeing more of this texture ever since I started treatments. Is this keloids? Hypertrophic scars from microneedling? Will laser help or make it worse?
