My upper left side front tooth (no. 9 ) is missing. I went to a dentist for the implant. He seemed little confused then suggested bone grafting, previously when my tooth was extracted by another doctor(I was in a different city then) he said that I would not need a bone graft. I am very confused now. I have a 3d image in CD, do not have an x-ray. I am attaching the screenshot. I will really appreciate any advice on whether bone grafting is really needed.
