Botched neck lift (18 years post op) results getting worse - Will anything help to tighten the skin? (Photo)

eighteen years ago, i had a neck lift. I was left with a dent in my jaw (indicated by red arrow in the photo). the doctor shot it with cortisone, which did not help. then she put filler in it, which also did not help. Then she refused to treat it any further. I went to another doctor who thought it might have been lipo even though the original surgeon said there had not been any lipo. The second doctor did a couple of incisions to try to make it more symmetrical but the skin around all the incisions continued to droop. Now everything has continued to get worse. I do not want any further surgeries. Will Sofwave, Ultherapy, Laser or another treatment help tighten it to minimize it? thank you
