Radiesse aftercare skincare: how long should I wait after to go back to my normal skincare regimen?

It would be hard for me to understand how a subcutaneous injection of Radiesse around the mouth could end up into the hard palate. As far as the small amount that's in your lip, this can easily be remedied with a needle and expelling of the material. Hope that's helpful.

Your redness can be treated with Excel V and/or (more gently with) Genesis V lasers.  It is unlikely that your use of hydrocortisone will do anything to the Radiesse filler.  Best of luck!
