I’ve had my breast implants for almost 3 years now, why does my right implant hurt?

About a month ago I’v Been having a pinch sensation above the right implant although is only when I lift/race my arm,like if I’m fixing my hear or trying to reach for something high.. I remember feeling this kind of pain or sensation not long after my surgery specially if laying on the implants...

Unfortunately, without at least a photograph or even better, an in person physical exam, it will be very difficult for any one of your RealSelf team of expert plastic surgeons to diagnose your pain.There are any number of possibilities that come to mind.  If this was three weeks or three months after your breast augmentation and the pain was present mostly on raising your arm or reaching for something, I would think it would be Mondor's disease which is a clotting of the veins below the breast secondary to an irritation from your recent surgery.Since it has been three years, it is very possible this could be secondary to a capsular contracture, i.e. hardening breast which pinches on movement.  Then again, several other possibilities come to mind.My best advice at this time is to seek out an in person exam by your personal plastic surgeon.  Since you trusted he or she with your surgery, I recommend you return to your plastic surgeon for a definitive diagnosis of your breast pain.
