Missing tooth and thinking about getting an aligner. Is it best if i get a implant first or do it before i get a implant?

Without pictures and a clinical exam it is impossible to help guide you.  If you have excess crowding or spacing, it may be advantageous to mobilize your teeth prior to implant placement, this is something you should discuss with your dentist who will have all your scans and X-rays and can give u and accurate treatment plan.

We usually recommend getting an implant first and then move on to straightening your teeth. That way when your treatment is complete and your teeth are in the place they're going to stay, we could then take a mold to fabricate your final crown. The implant tooth you'd have during the aligner treatment would be temporary, giving your teeth time to heal move into place.

I would discuss your complete dental needs with one dentist, preferably one that can do your Invisalign treatment if needed and at least restore your implant if not place and manage the temporary.  I would avoid sourced out dental treatment like kiosks in a mall etc.
