A year ago, I had an alar reduction, but it seems as though the surgeon made the incision way too high and deep into the alar crease - esp left side. Now when I smile, the skin pulls tightly into my alar crease, making my smile appear forced and unnatural. It also looks like the alar crease is very severe, almost like it is pinched. Futhermore, the nasolabial fold now seems to run directly into the alar crease, which makes it look even more unnatural. What can be done to permanently fix this?
