Weird bump on nose - could this be filler or cartilage? How can I get rid of it? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty about 14 years ago, starting maybe 5-7 years ago, I started getting HA fillers in my nose to correct some remaining crookedness post-rhinoplasty. All went well with the HA fillers so I eventually got Bellafill in my nose starting around maybe 4 years ago, or so. Since August of this year, I noticed this odd rice-shaped bump that started forming on the right side of my nose, above the nostril. It’s hard and doesn’t really feel like a ball, more of a horizontal hard line. I mostly noticed it because the skin color is very hypopigmented and is lighter than the rest of my skin color. I went it to see my injector who did my Bellafill and he said it was odd becayse it was hard and felt almost like cartilage. We ended up injecting more to try and smooth things, but that didn’t work and it looks the same. I’m frustrated because I don’t know what it is or how to treat it. I don’t understand if it’s a bump from the filler or if it’s cartilage that’s grown? Is that possible? I looked back on photos from earlier in 2025 and it seems like it was there, but much more faint, I didn’t notice it until months later when the skin color became lighter. I had been massaging it to see if it goes away, but no such luck. I found a photo of myself from April this year and you could just barely see it. I can only notice now to the trained eye. Could someone enlighten me on what this could be? How do I get rid of it?
