3 years after Volbella injections, migration lumps still present. Can this be spot dissolved? What are my options?

I've had Volbella for my lips the past five years -- the last treatment was in 2019. I've noticed my bottom lip is still very full and a white-ish hue on two sides -- looks like lumps but is more just a white clump? Not sure. What should I do? Noticed it last year but thought I could wait it out. But it persists. Can I have it spot-dissolved?
