Which peel should I do first? TCA OR VI Peel?

I want to do a peel but i can't choose between the two. The office I go to only has VI peel so I would have to find another one to do a TCA peel. Is one better than the other? Should I have one before the other. I wanted to get two peels so I thought I could get one of each or is it better to stick to the same kind? Wanting to treat, Fine lines starting to form around mouth, hyperpigmentation, Skin texture

Thank you for your question. Chemical peels are just one way to address early signs of aging and may or may not be the best choice for you. I don't like VI peels and TCA are for very specific indications. I like more exfoliating peels than inflammatory ones.
 I would suggest a combination approach of :
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel, Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin

Thank you for your message! Chemical peels are great options to help with skin texture, pigmentation, and decrease the appearance of pores. It can help a bit with fine lines, though often Botox, microneedling or laser resurfacing are needed. The VI peel is a more gentle peel and can be a great option to start with . The VI peel is safer for darker skin tones as well as there is a lower risk of hyperpigmentation. If you have darker skin tones, I would recommend the VI peel first. Sometimes we recommend pre and post treatment products to help reduce this risk as well!
