I have the spectra and genesis , a colleague has the pico. I don't see scars in your pics , I think i see areas of post traumatic or inflammatory hyper pigmentation with dark spots. If thats what you are talking all 3 are about equal but I can say the pico seems to cause mor discoloration than the other 2 lasers so I would be very cautious with that one.The spectra will take about 5 sessions as the genesis they seem to be almost equal but in my opinion i feel my genesis has a slight edge over the spectra in getting hyper pigmented areas clear.If I am wrong and there are depressed or raised scars in the ares not of these lasers are the best for that, a resurfacing laser is but if pressed I would use my genesis to get some remodelingHope this was helpful
The answer is simple- NONE. All these treatments will give MARGINAL improvement with one, even 3 treatments.
