Is it okay to use tretinoin and Vaseline together? Will Vaseline prevent tretinoin from working? Will it clog my pores?

Just finished isotretinoin course Then was prescribed tretinoin 0.05% Is it okay to moisturize with Vaseline. Or will Vaseline give me acne and prevent tretinoin from working. Thank you in advance
