I have hidradentitis supparativa - would a gastric sleeve help because of the extreme modifications to my eating?

I am a 55 year old female with moderate HS. I feel that the majority of the inflammation is in my gut but ai do have lesions in all the places!! I am also a heavy soda drinker, which I am trying to quit. Any help would be appreciated.
