Since you have had many lip augmentations over the last 20 years, you may be visualizing overcorrection and scarring of the white portion of your lower lip. If no one has tried a dilute steroid injection, in our experience, dilute triamcinolone acetonide injections may be helpful in dissolving scar tissue that may have resulted from multiple filler treatments.
