How to fix stubborn filler migration under bottom lip? (Photos)

I have been getting filler for over 20 years and last couple years was told to start over. Finally I started deflating my lips I’m happy with the results of my top lip, with the exception of one lump from silicone 20 years ago. I’ve been to 3 different injectors trying to rid the extra filler causing a shelf appearance in my lower lip. I’ve used over 20 vials of hylenex and it won’t go away. It does not feel like a lump. It just feels very plump.I did have chin filler wondering if it’s causing
