Very visible attachments on upper front teeth. Do I have any options?

My aligners are here. I knew I would probably have to have attachmets on my upper front teeth, but I wasn't expecting THIS. Now that I see them on my mouth, with the trays on, I know I won't be able to wear them as much as it is required. My problem is only visibility. My job is about talking and meeting a lot of people every day, and psychologically I'm not prepared for it. I want to be honest, not moan about it, it's being my mistake, but I don't know what to do now. Do I have any options?

Hello there,Attachments aid in tooth movement during Invisalign treatment.  It sounds like attachments are necessary in your case to achieve optimal results.  I would recommend that you reconsider and use attachments in your case. Remember that Invisalign counts on you wearing your trays 22 hours per day.  If this is impractical for you, then consider veneers.  At my office, we do this type of thing all the time and it takes a single appointment to transform your smile. I would recommend going to a cosmetic dentist that can give you a complete evaluation. Always look at before and after photos when choosing your dentist. My Dear,  You had the option of changing them while it was in the process and not approved yet . Now that hey have made the  aligners it can be done but you might not get the same result and might take longer time that was anticipated. Your Orthodontist can also do refinement which might cost more but they can do new set of aligners.

attachments removed, you should understand that the ideal desired result might
not be achieved. The other option would be to get lingual brackets, which come
with a whole scope of pros and cons. The best option might be to do nothing.

Dear Hansbor,I would speak to you Invisalign provider. As long as you are aware that your treatment may be slightly compromised, I am sure your doctor can fabricate the aligners without the attachments. Speak to your  Invisalign provider about your dissatisfaction with the appearance of your front teeth and the trays. I did a case like that a few years ago, and the patient would not wear the trays. So, we did not deliver the case. We started over and got trays without attachments on the front teeth.  just talk to your dentist. They won't like it, but they will understand. They can have a new clincheck configured that eliminates those attachments!

Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the location of your attachments,  I would discuss your concerns with your dentist and see if there is a way for them to modify the treatment plan and not have the attachment on that tooth.  When I put together a case I am always aware of the fact that my patients will not like attachments to be there and let invisalgn know.  See what he says

Hi there,I would call your treating dentist and explain your concerns. They can evaluate the situation and check if there are alternatives. It will more of a headache for you and for the dentist if you get off track by not wearing them as much as needed, so it's best to address this sooner rather than later.
