I have a 2.5”by 2.5” tattoo that I’ve had probably 14 laser treatments on. Its on the front of my shoulder on my deltoid muscle. It was a very colorful tattoo and at this point they’re saying it can’t be removed anymore and it looks like a colorful blob now. I want to get it excised but don’t know who to go to that has experience in this near me or if I should be going to a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon. I’m sure it’s big enough I’ll have to do two excision. Is it an ok spot to excise?
