I have stubborn tattoos, and I believe the inks are deep in the skin. We've tried Fractat technique using the Enlighten first and then the Picoway. It's not effective. Do I need the Ruby laser? Less than 50% of the ink is gone after ten sessions. I am frustrated. I need advice. The picture is taken at the beginning, and I want to know how challenging will the process be.
