I recently completed a tattoo sleeve which was a combination of an existing tattoo (above the elbow). Note the existing tattoo was a cover up. I’m wondering/hoping that I can still have this faded enough to put a proper cover up over top given the colors and density of what exists. This is causing me so much mental anguish but I don’t want to pursue something that may not work and be in an even worse position.
