I am a smoker and do not take my invisalign out. I've read conflicting answers about bleach/vinegar. Any suggestions? (Photos)

I do not want to take the Invisalign out when I smoke so I'm sure I wear them as much as possible. I currently use polident "smoker" soak. This definately helps them feel fresh and clean but they are still stained. Any suggestions or solutions are appreciated-I also clean my Invisalign twice a day with gel toothpaste. In the photos there appears to be some black on the edge however that is just something with the picture. It is nicotine stain. I should also note this is after two weeks of wear.

You should get used to your Invisalign shortly, your orthodontist can adjust and polish those for more comfort, however to be effective they should be worn 22 hours a day.

Hi mja and thank you for your question. Your question is very general and I do not see any pictures of your situation. Invisalign is a very good treatment and it can move teeth significantly to fit canines into the arch, but each case is different and so are the results.

Thanks for asking the question and as per your image it seems invisalign trays are not properly adjust. So you should get back to your dentist and ask him or her for the solution.
