Is this Minoxidil effect reversible?

I had used minoxidil 5 %. I experienced hair growth, but I had to stop because of facial growth under my eyes on my forehead and my beard got much more thicker. Now, after three months hair under my eyes and my forehead fall out, but my beard is still much more thicker than it was before using minoxidil. Are there any chances that my beard will be like it was before using. I don't care for time I'm prepared to wait two years but I need to know that things are going to be like they were.

Topical minoxidil usually comes in 5% strength.  Higher percentages would mean there is more minoxidil concentration.  Higher percentages do not mean it will work better.

Usually the biopsy should be small. Sometimes you may have hair loss around the biopsy site.  If you are concerned follow up with your doctor.

You should start by seeing a doctor before considering the tests you need. Your doctor who examines you, usually recommends the tests.  Blood tests do not always diagnose a hair loss condition.
