How to fix skin after fraxel dual? (photos)

Question

Had one treatment done less than a year ago and my skin texture is not smooth. I have these grid like marks left on my skin. I understand that it's from the laser but shouldn't it have healed by now? Would like smooth even skin again! What do I do?

Fraxel (non-ablative) is pretty safe on the skin. Im not sure why you got the marks that have not healed even a yr later. however, something like this can be made better. without seeing you its hard to tell exactly what treatment will give you the best outcome but it will most likely be a combination of a few procedures. best would be to seek advise in person.

I suggest going to a cosmetic dermatologist who sees a lot of laser complications.  There are options such as microneedling, PRP, Clear + Brilliant and fractional RF (sublative or viva) that can give improvement where laser in the past has caused problems.  skin care with sun protection will also be essential.
