Will Accutane ruin sex for me?

I am on my first month of Accutane, so far so good. Today however, I read about a few post accutane users (female) who can no longer have Sex because it hurts so bad, due to accutane drying them up? Even reports of women who, after getting off accutane, never got better. This is making me so nervous, I'm on 40mg, please give me some insight! Thank You!

Dr. Fox is absolutely correct – there is absolutely no evidence that Accutane causes thinning of the skin, so I would not be concerned about this. Do not always believe everything you read on-line as lots of time it is not true. And it is not true in this case.

Accutane is often written as a BID medication, but it is fine to take it once daily instead and take the entire dosage at once. In fact, Accutane is best absorbed with the most caloric, fattiest meal of the day. So whichever this is for you consistently is when I recommend you take it. "This...

Many people cannot take a twice daily dosage because the side effects are just too much for them. In fact, compliance for Accutane is actually better if a patient takes a lower dosage for longer, simply because they won't have bad side effects. This is how I prescribe too. You may only get dry...
