I am mid 30s and i am about to try out the radiesse filler. But i read some posts on realself that dermal filler injection on certain areas may cause blindness or harm my nerves and arteries. (Even trained profesaionals can make a mistake!) So i am afrad a bit. Where would be the safest area on the face to get the injection? Front cheeks?

Answer: Safest place for #Fillers I usually recommend injecting a hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane, Juvederm, or Perlane into the nasolabial folds and/or marionette lines in someone who has never had fillers before. If you consult a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with considerable experience in filler injections, you should feel confident in their abilities and comfortable in proceding. Radiesse is not the best filler to start with since it is not reversible.

Answer: Safest area for filler injection The safest area is most probably the nasolabial folds. In my practice every cosmetic patient is addressed separately as there are no "cookbook" approaches even after almost 20 years of filler experience. We use many different fillers in the same patient to achieve a optimal correction. I would recommend you discuss with a dermatologist board certified and experienced in fillers in your area.
