What is the cost to get sutures removed after getting surgery from a different plastic surgeon? I'm getting plastic surgery in Korea and will need to get sutures removed back home in the States due to time constraint.

In general, this will differ for every office. It is important to keep in mind that while an office visit may seem simple enough, such as a suture removal, any time you step into an office that surgeon is taking on quite a bit of responsibility, as he or she will be liable for any other complication that you may be having at that time. For that reason, many post operative office visits that are follow up from other surgeons may seem expensive, but it is for good reason.

In your instance, the fees would either run from $250-$500 depending on which office you call. Be sure to say you’re willing to pay in cash to have this removal done.
