Do I have Ptosis in my right eye? If so, what are the best options to fix it? (Photo)

My right eye has always been droopier. I believe I had nerve damage from when I was younger. It’s now starting to bother me as it’s becoming more uneven with age. Would this be considered ptosis in my right eye?
