In the process of removing microblading via injecting glycolic acid. How to resolve pink/indented skin after scabs fall off?

I'm in the process of removing microblading via injecting glycolic acid. Lasers didn't work because the pigment was all metals, so it oxidized. The glycolic injection has helped a lot, but I have one more to do, and it looks like I might have pink/red indented/depressed skin where the peeling occurs. It's been only 3 wks. Once I'm done with the glycolic peels, what treatment (lasers, etc) should I take to both 1) remove any redness/pink and 2) build up the skin? VBeam & microneedling?
