Hi, So I’ve noticed that using an Aqua Gold Stamp and microinfusions have been becoming more popular. I’m curious though, is there actual evidence that microinfusions of Botox and filler are effective? Also to my main question - what is the benefit of crosslinked HA fillers over just using regular hyaluronic acid for microinfusions? I know Botox is supposed to help with pores and oil production but I can’t find any literature that explains why dermal filler is better or different than infusing regular HA.
Answer: Microneedling / Microinfusion / Dermalinfusion -- Aquagold Fine Touch, Customized Blends, Fillers, Neuromodulators (Botox) Hi Mira, the benefit of treatments like Aquagold Fine Touch is the unique ability to deposit precise microdroplets of customized bioactive compounds into the epidermis to rejuvenate and hydrate the skin, brighten the skin, and achieve targeted, patient-specific results, including pore, redness, pigment and acne reduction. We accompany many treatments with Aquagold as a “finishing touch” to optimize skin texture improvements. In our practice, we create customized blends that incorporate not only fillers and neuromodulators but also antioxidants, vitamins, and plumpers.I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan to address your concerns. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Aquagold fine touch micro infusion therapy Microinfusions, also known as microinjections or mesotherapy, have been growing in popularity as a way to deliver small amounts of Botox and filler to the skin. While there is some evidence to suggest that microinfusions can be effective for a variety of cosmetic concerns, more research is needed to fully understand their benefits and limitations. Regarding the use of crosslinked HA fillers compared to regular hyaluronic acid, crosslinking refers to the chemical modification of HA molecules to create a more durable, longer-lasting product. Crosslinked HA fillers are designed to provide more volume and support to the skin than regular HA, which can be particularly beneficial for treating areas like the cheeks and temples. In microinfusions, crosslinked HA fillers may be preferred over regular HA because they provide more structural support to the skin, which can help to improve skin texture and firmness. Additionally, some crosslinked HA fillers are designed to stimulate collagen production, which can help to further improve skin quality over time. However, it's worth noting that the effectiveness of any filler or microinfusion treatment will depend on a variety of factors, including the individual patient's skin type, age, and the specific concerns being addressed. It's always best to consult with a qualified medical professional who can provide personalized advice on the most appropriate treatment options for your specific needs and goals.

Answer: Regular hyaluronic acid versus cross-linked hyaluronic acid If one was to inject regular hyaluronic acid into any given area, the body will absorb it and metabolize it within a matter of two to three weeks. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid has considerably more longevity in the area of treatment. Good luck from New York City
