Right eye lower than left eye – possible vertical orbital dystopia? (Photos)

Hello, I am a 22-year-old male and I have noticed that my right eye appears slightly lower than my left eye. The difference has been present for several years and does not seem to be getting worse. My vision is normal and I do not have pain or other symptoms. However, the asymmetry becomes more noticeable in certain lighting conditions or angles, especially when looking down or when the camera is positioned below my face. A clinic previously mentioned that I may have vertical orbital dystopia, meaning that one orbital bone may be positioned slightly lower than the other due to natural skull development. They said that a non-surgical solution does not exist to correct the orbital height difference. Another doctor once mentioned that it might be possible to improve the appearance by placing a silicone orbital implant to add volume to the lower orbital bone area and create better symmetry. I would like to know: - Does this look like vertical orbital dystopia? - Would an orbital implant be a possible solution? - Are there less invasive options such as fillers or other treatments? Thank you.
