I have a 3 month old black ink tattoo on my wrist, Is complete Tattoo Removal possible? (photo)

I have 3 months old wrist tattoo. Blanch ink. No touch-ups. I already have 2 treatments with q-switched laser and wondering if a complete removal is possible. What bothers me is that my tattoo is on extremity. About me: 28 y.o. Caucasian, do not smoke or drink.

Yes your black tattoo is absolutely removable - but you have to be patient if it is jet black and dense as your's seems to be.Often no visible change is present even after two treatments, you just have to plug on.A published study by Bencini et al indicates that even after 15 treatments with Qswitched Yag only 75% of tattoos have cleared.The new Picosure is promising to be faster than this for black, so if time is an issue for you, you may consider finding a center in your area that has this technology.But, even though Picosure is proving to be a minor miracle in the clearance of previously resistant green and blue pigment, it is still slower on black (though faster than QSYAG) and the effect of a single treatment on dense black may be hard to see.
