I am insecure about many things on my face, more so my side profile. From the front it doesn't look so bad, my nose looks small and I puff out my lips for pictures but I can't hide my bad side profile. My nose sticks out, I have thin lips, deep mental crease, dark under eye circles and uneven eye brows. I will add some pictures of my side profile and my under eyes. What are some ways I can boost my side profile?
Answer: Enhancing Your Side Profile: Solutions for Common Facial Concerns Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your side profile. It's great that you're seeking ways to enhance your appearance and boost your confidence. Here are several procedures and treatments that can address the specific issues you've mentioned: Thin Lips: Dermal Fillers: Hyaluronic acid-based fillers (like Juvederm or Restylane) can add volume and definition to your lips, giving them a fuller appearance. Lip Lift: A surgical option that shortens the distance between the nose and the upper lip, enhancing the lip's natural shape and fullness. Deep Mental Crease: Dermal Fillers: Fillers can be used to smooth out deep creases, including the mental crease (the groove between the lower lip and chin). Fat Grafting: This involves transferring fat from another part of your body to the crease, providing a more permanent solution. Dark Under-Eye Circles: Topical Treatments: Products containing ingredients like retinoids, vitamin C, and peptides can help lighten dark circles over time. Dermal Fillers: Fillers can be used to fill in hollows under the eyes, reducing the appearance of dark circles. Laser Therapy: Treatments like CO2 laser or intense pulsed light (IPL) can improve pigmentation and stimulate collagen production. Uneven Eyebrows: Botox: Small amounts of Botox can be used to lift and even out the eyebrows, creating a more symmetrical appearance. Microblading: A semi-permanent technique that can shape and fill in your eyebrows, enhancing their symmetry and fullness. Prominent Nose: Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Dermal fillers can be used to smooth out bumps and refine the shape of the nose without surgery. Surgical Rhinoplasty: For more significant changes, a surgical rhinoplasty can reshape the nose to better complement your facial features. Overall Side Profile Enhancement: Chin Augmentation: Enhancing the chin with implants or fillers can improve the balance of your profile. Jawline Contouring: Fillers or surgical options can be used to define and sharpen the jawline, contributing to a more harmonious side profile. Combining multiple treatments can often yield the best results. It's important to consult with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon who can assess your individual needs and recommend a personalized treatment plan. They can help you understand the potential outcomes and guide you towards the best options for achieving your desired appearance. Best regards,

Answer: Evening out your proportions I suggest evening out Your proportions of your chin and lips so that you have a more elongated and elegant look match proton ratio, nose, lips with dermal filler and botox for chin area. Nose can be either rhinoplasty or you can find plastic surgeon who is especially trained in the nose to do dermal filler and botox...it's a high risk area but comes out nice.

Answer: Nose and chin surgery Ideally, you would benefit from a rhinoplasty and chin surgery. A deep mentolabial fold is usually caused by a short chin in the vertical dimension. Lengthening of the chin will diminish the depth of the nasolabial fold.

Answer: Procedures to help with side profile Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. Based on your concerns, there are several treatment options available. To enhance your side profile appearance, considering the concerns you've mentioned—thin lips, deep mental crease (chin crease), dark circles, and uneven eyebrows—here are some procedures that could potentially help: Lip Augmentation: For thin lips, lip augmentation using dermal fillers (such as hyaluronic acid fillers) can add volume and definition to the lips, improving their appearance and balance with the rest of your facial features. Chin Augmentation: To address a deep mental crease or chin crease, chin augmentation with dermal fillers or chin implants can provide additional projection and smooth out the chin area, enhancing facial symmetry. Tear Trough Filler: Dark circles under the eyes can be treated with tear trough fillers, which use hyaluronic acid to fill in hollow areas and reduce the appearance of shadows, resulting in a more refreshed and youthful look. I hope this helps and best of luck!
