I am insecure about many things on my face, more so my side profile. From the front it doesn't look so bad, my nose looks small and I puff out my lips for pictures but I can't hide my bad side profile. My nose sticks out, I have thin lips, deep mental crease, dark under eye circles and uneven eye brows. I will add some pictures of my side profile and my under eyes. What are some ways I can boost my side profile?

Ideally, you would benefit from a rhinoplasty and chin surgery. A deep mentolabial fold is usually caused by a short chin in the vertical dimension. Lengthening of the chin will diminish the depth of the nasolabial fold.

I suggest evening out Your proportions of your chin and lips so that you have a more elongated and elegant look match proton ratio, nose, lips with dermal filler and botox for chin area. Nose can be either rhinoplasty or you can find plastic surgeon who is especially trained in the nose to do dermal filler and botox...it's a high risk area but comes out nice.
