Can strattice be removed with replacing new implants?

I had developed Capsular contracture even after replacing new implants, strattice and scar removed after my surgery 3 years ago. Can the strattice be removed and replace with new sets of implants. My left breast keep getting capsular twice.

I wouldn't suggest removing strattice--it gets integrated really well so would be difficult to remove. I would just use it again but if you have had two capsular contractures and a recurrence with strattice you certainly would want to try strattice again or perhaps the new Motiva implants or consider not having implants at all.
